The season of Lent is fast approaching!

Rev. Rosheen will lead a 4-part course on Mondays at 7.30pm on The Psalms – Prayers of the Heart. 23rd February @ Penponds church, 2nd March Camborne, 16th March Tuckingmill, 23rd March Crowan.  This Lent courses is free and open to all, please e-mail admin@cambornecluster.org.uk to sign up.

At the beginning of John’s Gospel, Jesus invites the disciples to “come and see” in response to their question about where he is staying. The two disciples follow Jesus back to his home and spend the rest of the day with him. We don’t know what they talked about, but whatever it was, it was enough to convince the disciple Andrew, that Jesus was the promised Messiah. He went and said to his brother Simon, “Come and see who we have met”.

Our Lent Course for 2026 invites us to spend time with Jesus, to rest and relax in his presence as together we listen to his voice speaking to us through Scripture.

It will help if we can attend all the sessions, but please come to as many as possible, even if you can’t make them all. This is not an academic course, nor is it Biblical analysis or anything like that, and it’s certainly not a test! It’s an opportunity to get to know Jesus better by spending time in his presence.
