We are hiring! Maternity admin cover

We are looking for a self-motivated, organised
individual to cover a maternity leave for a part-time administrative post
across our five local churches.

This is the perfect job for someone looking for flexible work around
school hours, study or other commitments – the majority of the work is
from home but you must be able to travel into our local office in
Camborne on occasion. A company laptop and work phone will be
provided.

To be successful in this role, you will need a good working knowledge of
Microsoft Office and a generally high level of computer literacy; good
maths skills as some basic book-keeping is required; and excellent
communication skills, including good English. You will be able to
manage your time and priorities effectively and know when to ask for
help; and you will have a friendly demeanour and represent the churches
well to external clients.

Some availability for paid training hours during November/December
would be an advantage. Experience in an administrative role would be
helpful, but is not required if you can demonstrate the right transferable
skills.

There is no requirement for this post holder to be a church
member or have a religious faith.

This is a part time role, aprox. 11.5 hours per week at a pay rate of £11.40
per hour with annual leave pro rated. The role is temporary to cover a
maternity leave for a period of approximately one year from January
2023.
